Before moisturizing and following your facial cleanser, a face toner helps to remove excess dirt, traces of oil and makeup, correct and balance the pH of your skin, and helps control acne. In other words, a facial toner thoroughly cleanse the skin and helps remove built up surface dead skin cells.
How to apply: Put a few drops on a cotton ball or cotton pad, then apply all over the face. Let It air dry then apply moisturizer.
A dab of this left overnight on age spots, pimples or acne scars will help reduce their appearance. If leaving on overnight do not apply moisturizer after.
